Please review all of the items before placing an order with our staff.

  1. Ordering will only be available through e-mail to info@alexandracentresociety.org .  Please order by the end of the day on October 18, 2021
  2. We will only be accepting payment through e-transfer at this time.  Only orders with confirmed receipt of payment will be confirmed and ordered.
  3. Confirmed orders will be scheduled for a pick-up time.  Your e-mail confirming your order and payment will contain instructions to booking your pick-up time at the Centre.
  4. Pick-up time is scheduled for October 28, 2021, between 1:00pm and 5:00pm.  Please only order if you are able to commit to picking up during this time frame.  Any boxes that are not picked up during this time frame will be forfeited, as we have no way to store them in a safe manner. 
  5. We will be providing curb-side pick-up for Good Food Box orders.  Proof of Covid-19 vaccination or negative Covid-19 test (within 72 hours) or medical exemption letter is required for all patrons who enter our office. Masking is required indoors at the Alexandra Centre.  Please use the Alberta Health Daily Checklist to ensure your wellness before visiting the centre. COVID-19 Alberta Health Daily Checklist 
  6. The Good Food Box program is run by the Community Kitchen of Calgary, and is dependent on their operations. If anything changes with the Good Food Box and orders are unable to be filled by the Good Food Box Program, the Alexandra Center Society will refund any unfulfilled orders.  Forfeited boxes are not refundable.
